Hearne Fine Art presents Rex DeLoney, artist and high school teacher based out of Little Rock, Arkansas. His canvases capture faith, memory, and the rhythm of everyday life. His exhibition “What Time Is It?” explores the time we are living in. Throughout the depiction of iconic figures from African American history, the exhibition will leave you feeling enriched, energized, and empowered to ask – What Time Is It?
