The “Richard S. Arnold Award for Distinguished Service” was recently awarded by the Eighth Circuit Bar Association to Arkie Byrd.
Arkie Byrd is a partner with the Mays, Byrd, and O’Guinn Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she has practiced law since 1984. Arkie received her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and was a fellow of the Institute of Politics at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
