Arkansas State Representative Joy C. Springer hereby announces her candidacy for re-election to the Arkansas House of Representatives, District 76.

For the past five years Representative Springer has been a service leader for not only her constituents in District 76, but across the state of Arkansas.  She openly requests that her constituents contact her with their concerns.
