2. Arkansas Black Mayors Association Announces Request for Proposal
The Arkansas Black Mayors Association (ABMA) is accepting sealed responses from qualified engineering and natural resources planning consultants for the development of Watershed Project Plans following the policy set forth in the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Title 390, National Watershed Program Manual (NWPM), Part 501.
Fourteen (14) Watershed Project Plans to encompass a total of 36 watersheds (a combination of 10-digit and 12-digit HUCs) throughout East, Southeast, Southern, and Southwestern Arkansas will be developed through this effort.
