Arkansas consistently ranks near the bottom in national oral health indicators, and the Healthy Smiles, Healthy Lives initiative explores the stories and solutions behind the state’s oral health challenges. Through a partnership between the Delta Dental of Arkansas Foundation and the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, the project conducted a listening tour across the state to gather data and community perspectives. In collaboration with Reimagine Arkansas and the Visionairi Foundation, these findings were brought to life in a short documentary featuring the real voices and experiences of Arkansans. The documentary will premiere with a screening and panel discussion on November 21, 2025, at the Ron Robinson Theater in Little Rock.
