3. Attorney Molly McNulty announces candidacy for Arkansas Court of Appeals
Attorney Molly McNulty of Little Rock announced Monday her intention to seek election to the Arkansas Court of Appeals – District 6, Position 1, which includes Pulaski, Saline, and Perry counties.
Since 2015, McNulty has served as a law clerk at the Arkansas Court of Appeals for the Honorable Raymond Abramson, where she has gained valuable experience specific to the appellate court system, including writing hundreds of draft opinions and advising on complex legal issues. McNulty has served as an adjunct professor at the UALR Bowen School of Law and began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Joe Volpe, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Arkansas. She is a graduate of the Inaugural Public Service Academy.
